These are for the Chinese customers who cook chicken feet all the time here in Vancouver, Canada. I don't exactly know how many Chinese people there are in Sicily, but the feet are obviously available for them.

I think I would just boil them up for stock and make a love chicken noodle soup!!!Can't think what else they could be used for.
