Fish Market

Fish is a big part of the diet in Oliveri. We are right on the coastline and fishing is a big industry.
We buy fish as fresh as we can. Sometimes it is sold fast frozen...frozen right on the fishing vessel.

This morning we stopped at a fish market and bought some fresh salmon and cefalo. Cefalo looks like sea bass but is a distant cousin, according to Andy. They will cut and clean the fish any way you want. We will be eating the salmon tomorrow.

I seem to recall a certain someone calling this place "the jewelry store." Remember that?
